Ordering Process
Option 1: Customize with Jersey den studio
CUSTOMIZER
- Create your teams design in seconds using our easy to use online customizer!
- Select from various sports, styles, colours, fonts and more to make your jersey your own.
- Once a customizer order is placed, our team will create your jersey for you and your team to experience and enjoy!
Option 2: Step 1
PRO DESIGN
- Have an idea not possible on the customizer? Our team will work with you to bring your jersey idea to life!
- Provide all information within your request (quantity, type, logo files, ideas, etc.). A high quality .png or vectorized logo is best.
- A quote will be provided within 1-2 business days with easy to follow next steps!
Step 2
DEPOSIT & MOCKUP
- Once happy with your quote, a deposit is required to begin the design process!
- A mockup will be provided with edits. New designs require additional design deposits. All deposits are put towards your total.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for the mockup.
Step 3
CONFIRM ORDER
- Remaining balance required prior to production. Various payment methods available upon checkout on the website.
- Please provide a completed Jersey Den team form found below with jersey names, numbers and sizes. Ensure these are correct as changes cannot be made during production.
Step 4
PRODUCTION
- Please allow 4-6 business weeks as our team works their magic in the Jersey Den to create your jerseys!
- Production times may vary based on time of year and shipping delays. We will let you know in advance.
Step 5
COMPLETION
- Completed orders will be shipped or pick up instructions will be provided.
- Enjoy your jerseys!
