Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout for jerseys and accessories. Shipping rates for custom orders will vary and will be provided on the quote given prior to order completion.
Order Processing
All orders placed on jerseyden.ca Monday-Friday, will begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.
Custom orders follow the same processing timelines. A Jersey Den team member will contact you regarding your inquiry to begin the design and creation process to complete your order.
Note: When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. Jersey Den is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost and Damaged Items
Jersey Den is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider. Jersey Den does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
Returns - All Sales Final Policy
All Jersey Den products are final sale. All custom products are custom-made from scratch based on the exact details submitted at checkout. Each jersey and accessory is individually produced according to the selected size, spelling, numbers, colors, logos, layout, and customization options provided by the customer. Because every item is made specifically to order, all sales are final.
We kindly ask customers to carefully review all order details prior to checkout, including sizing, spelling, and design selections. As these are personalized products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect information submitted at checkout, or dissatisfaction with how a design appears once produced. Minor industry-standard variations — such as slight alignment differences, loose threads that do not affect durability, or small color tone differences due to screen displays — do not qualify as defects.
If you believe your item contains a legitimate manufacturing defect, please contact info@jerseyden.ca. An eligible defect includes receiving an item that materially differs from the approved order details (such as the wrong name, number, size, or design), receiving the wrong product entirely, or significant structural issues present upon delivery. Claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and include clear photos for review. Customers are to report any concerns within 48 hours after delivery.
If a return is authorized for inspection, the item must be unworn and in the same condition in which it left our facility. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping and customs charges. Jersey Den reserves the right to determine whether a claim meets the criteria outlined in this policy. Items that do not meet these standards will be refused and will not be returned back to sender.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved your order details and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Guidelines
Jersey Den reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policies outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Jersey Den is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
