How do I order custom jerseys?
You can order custom jerseys in two ways. Use our online jersey customizer to design your jerseys in real time, or submit a quote request and have our design team create a custom layout for you. Once the design is approved, your order moves into production.
This process works for teams, clubs, schools, and organizations across Canada.
Can I design my own jersey online?
Yes. Our online jersey customizer allows you to choose colours, patterns, fonts, names, numbers, and logos in real time. You’ll see a live preview of your design before submitting it for review.
If you prefer, you can also skip the customizer and have our designers create a professional layout for you.
Do you offer design help if we don’t have a final concept?
Absolutely. Many teams come to us without a finished design. Our design team can create a custom jersey from scratch, match an existing uniform, or clean up an older design.
You’ll always receive a digital proof for approval before anything goes into production.
Can you match an existing jersey or uniform?
Yes. We can match existing team jerseys, colours, and layouts. You can upload reference images, artwork, or past jerseys and our designers will recreate or modernize the design while keeping your team identity consistent.
Do I need final player names and numbers to place an order?
No. You can place your order before finalizing player names and numbers. Roster details can often be submitted later, as long as they are provided before production begins.
Can I mix sizes within one order?
Yes. You can mix youth and adult sizes within the same team order. This allows every player to receive the correct fit without placing separate orders.
Sizing charts are available to help you choose sizes with confidence.
What happens after I submit a quote request?
After you submit a quote request, our team reviews your details and follows up with pricing, timelines, and next steps. If design work is required, we’ll begin creating mockups based on your information.
Customization Options
What parts of the jersey can be customized?
You can customize colours, patterns, fonts, player names, numbers, logos, sleeve styles, and collar options depending on the jersey type. Customization options vary by sport and jersey tier.
If you have a specific request, our team can confirm what’s possible before production.
Am I limited to the customizer options?
Our online jersey customizer has a wide range of colours, layouts, and details, but it does not represent the full range of customization available. Many advanced options are handled directly by our Pro Design team.
You can request custom patterns, unique layouts, specific fonts, specialty collars, sleeve details, and design elements that may not appear in the customizer. If you have reference images, sketches, or inspiration, you can upload them or include notes when submitting your request.
Once your request is reviewed, our designers will create a custom proof for approval before production begins, ensuring your jerseys match your vision.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept common file formats such as AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG, and JPG. Vector files provide the best results, but our team can work with lower-resolution logos.
Jersey Materials & Printing
Are your jerseys sublimated, embroidered or heat pressed?
Our custom jerseys are produced using sublimation printing. This means all colours, graphics, names, and numbers are dyed directly into the fabric rather than applied on top.
Sublimated jerseys do not crack, peel, or lift, making them ideal for long-term team use.
Embroidery is available for select jersey types and is another great option for long lasting durability.
Heat Press is avaialable upon request for select jersey types. Please note that heat press will eventually crack and/or peel. Durability is highly dependant on wash and wear frequency.
Will names and numbers fade or peel?
Sublimation printing embeds the design into the fabric, names and numbers will not peel, crack, or fade with normal wear and proper care.
Embroidery offers the same long lasting effect as all names and numbers are stitched directly onto the fabric and are not heat pressed on.
This ensures your jerseys maintain a professional look season after season.
What fabric do you use?
We use lightweight, high-performance athletic fabrics designed for durability and comfort. Fabric options may vary depending on the jersey tier and sport but are selected to balance strength, flexibility, and breathability.

Are your jerseys breathable?
Yes. Our jerseys are made from breathable, moisture-wicking materials designed to keep players cool and comfortable during games and practices.
Breathability may vary slightly depending on fabric weight and jersey tier.
What’s the difference between core, pro, and ultra jerseys for select sports?
The difference comes down to construction, fabric weight performance features & personal preference.
Core jerseys are designed for casual or entry-level teams. Professional-style jerseys offer upgraded materials, enhanced fit, and more customization options. Ultra jerseys are built for high-level competition and feature premium fabrics, advanced construction, and the most customization flexibility.

Jersey Sizing & Fit
How do your jerseys fit?
Our jerseys are designed with an athletic fit that allows for movement and comfort during play. Fit may vary slightly depending on the jersey style and sport, but all jerseys are made to be comfortable, breathable, and game-ready.
Sizing charts are available to help you select the correct fit for each player.
Are jerseys true to size?
Yes. Our jerseys generally fit true to size based on standard athletic sizing. If a player is between sizes or prefers a looser or tighter fit, we recommend reviewing the sizing chart carefully or sizing up when in doubt.

Do you offer youth sizing?
Yes. We offer youth sizing on most jersey styles, in addition to adult sizes. Youth jerseys are proportioned specifically for younger athletes rather than being scaled-down adult sizes.
Availability may vary depending on the jersey type and sport.
Can I mix youth and adult sizes?
Yes. Team orders can include a mix of youth and adult sizes within the same order. This makes it easy to accommodate players of all ages without placing separate orders.
Each player’s size can be listed individually on your roster submission.
What if a player needs a size exchange?
Because custom jerseys are made specifically for your team, size exchanges are generally not available once production has begun. We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts and confirming sizes before final approval.

Pricing, Minimums & Reorders
How much do custom jerseys cost?
Custom jersey pricing depends on the jersey style, level of customization, quantity ordered, and production details. Because every team order is different, we provide custom quotes to ensure accurate pricing. Customizer designed jersey pricing is available on each product page.
Bulk orders typically receive better per-unit pricing. For orders of 30 or more jersey sets, please contact.
Is there a minimum order for custom jerseys?
Yes. Minimum order quantities vary by sport and jersey type. Most team orders require a minimum of 6 to ensure proper production quality.
Jersey re-orders of previously purchased designs can be ordered with a minimum of one.
If you’re unsure whether your order meets the minimum, submit a quote request and we’ll confirm.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes. Bulk discounts are available for larger team multi set orders. Ordering more jerseys in a single order generally reduces the cost per jersey.
This is ideal for clubs, leagues, schools, and organizations ordering for multiple sets for full rosters or multiple teams within leagues and organizations.
Why do prices vary by jersey type?
Prices vary based on the construction and features of each jersey type. Factors such as fabric weight, collar style, cut, and level of customization all affect pricing.
Recreational core jerseys, professional-style jerseys, and ultra performance jerseys are built differently to meet different needs and budgets.
Are names and numbers included in the price?
Yes. Player names and numbers are included on custom team jerseys unless otherwise specified. All graphics, names, and numbers are printed directly into the fabric using sublimation for long-lasting results.
There are no per-name or per-number fees on standard custom orders.
Embroidery or pressed options are available within our customizers or upon request and are not included in base pricing.
Is there a setup or design fee?
In most cases, there is no setup fee for standard custom jersey designs. Design support, proofs, and revisions are typically included as part of the order process.
More complex design requests or specialty projects may require additional design work, which will always be communicated in advance.
Can I reorder jerseys from a previous order?
Yes. We keep your team’s design on file so you can reorder jerseys later for new players, replacements, or mid-season additions. Reorders ensure consistency in colours, fonts, and layout.
Production Timelines & Shipping
How long does it take to make custom jerseys?
Production timelines begin after final design approval. Most custom jersey orders are completed within a standard production window of 4-6 weeks depending on the jersey type and order size.
If you have a deadline or season start date, we recommend ordering early or asking about rush options.
Do you ship custom jerseys across Canada?
Yes. We ship custom jerseys anywhere in Canada and also offer shipping to the United States. Shipping times vary by location and order size.
Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
When should I order for my season start date?
To ensure on-time delivery, teams should place their orders well in advance of their season or tournament start date. Early ordering allows time for design approval, production, and shipping.
Returns & Errors
Do you accept returns on custom jerseys?
Because custom jerseys are made specifically for your team, returns are generally not accepted. All designs are approved before production to ensure accuracy.
What if there is an error with my order?
If there is an issue caused by a production error, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the issue and work with you to find a resolution.
