Jersey Den – Team Highlight Video Contest Rules & Policy
1. Eligibility

Open to teams located within Canada and the United States.

To be eligible, teams must have purchased jerseys from Jersey Den prior to the contest deadline.

Contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter

Eligible teams must submit a team highlight video to Jersey Den before the contest deadline.

By submitting, all individuals, teams, organizations, or any persons appearing in the highlight video grant Jersey Den the unrestricted right to use, share, and post the content on any social media platform or marketing material without compensation.

Only one video entry per team is permitted.
3. Contest Format

Submitted videos will be randomly paired head-to-head against other videos in Instagram polls or posts.

Winners of each matchup will be determined by public votes on Instagram.

The number of entries received will determine the odds of winning in addition to the total number of votes received.

Jersey Den is not responsible for unfair voting practices, including but not limited to votes from bot accounts, duplicate accounts, or other fraudulent methods.
4. Prize

One (1) winning team will receive a free set of Jersey Den caps or toques (up to a maximum of 20 items) for their team.

Prize is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

Prize fulfillment is subject to availability and may be substituted or altered at Jersey Den’s discretion.

No returns, exchanges, or substitutions except at Jersey Den’s sole discretion.
5. General Conditions

Jersey Den reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest at any time without notice.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Jersey Den, which are final and binding.

Jersey Den is not responsible for technical failures, lost or late entries, or any issues preventing participation.

All federal, provincial/state, and local laws apply.
6. Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding the prize.

Video content submissions may be shared publicly on Jersey Den’s social media and marketing channels.
